Chalet / The Mummy / 1st Day of Work

Helped my brother with the BBQing of food last sat at the chalet (Costa Sand Resorts). BBQ the food for all the guests and relatives, so tired! And I smelled like those BBQ meat after 3hours of BBQing.

Went to watch 'The Mummy' with my mum at Downtown East after the BBQ session. It's 11.50pm show and was surprised that so many people queuing up to get movies tickets. The whole movie was so "china/chinese" made and personally feel that the Ang-mos in these movie are so "celafare". The emphasis was rather focus on Jet Lee, thou must of Jet's scenes are animated. Story was average, funny (especially during the "mummies war"), but overall CG was great. The female lead have changed to another actress, making a really bad connections from the previous 'The Mummy' series. It's probably the worst among 'The Mummy' series. So disappointed.

My body aches so badly dued to the swimming before the BBQ session and on sunday morning. My arms can't even lifted up high today at work.

First Day of work is alright. Colleagues are friendly and we can communicate well, maybe is because most of us are about the same age. I got a big 'L' shape table. nothing much on that table except the desktop and my personal telephone at the moment. My partner Joanne (sit near to me) have lots of stuffs on her table. Most of her stuffs are in pink - Pink Hello Kitty Cups, Hello Kitty mouse, Cushion, Pink Piggy Radio. Sitting opposite of me (or rather behind me) is Grace, where her stuffs are mainly purple colour. Btw she looks like Dawn Yeo, same age as me (but older but few days). Hmmm... overall quite a nice environment to work in, hopefully i can cope well as works come along! Opps, forgot to mention that NO CHATTING programs are allowed to be install on the computers, therefore i cant download MSN and chat. Sobby!
